7 man Recon Team Breaker mission was to scout Hill 665 and gather intelligence on enemy infiltration routes and determine if any enemy activity in their patrol area and get that information back to HQ. A large 250 plus sized enemy position containing 4 bunkers and gear were located. The team pulled back to the crest of the hill to be extracted and became surrounded. Three extraction attempts were made. The patrol fought for 2 days and suffered heavy loss.
