Orc Assault Boats
I was needing some nice looking assault rafts or boats for my up coming Osgilith wargame. I finally got them in the mail this morning. They look fantastic!! Not a bad deal for $120.00 off Ebay, from a maker in Poland. The maker is Arkadius. Very happy with the detail on the boats. The ramps even come down. The boats hold about 21 minis with 20mm x 20mm bases.
So it looks like my Osgilith terrain is all ready. I will have to game it soon. First I have to get over pneumonia. My wife will not let me game.

Paint Bench: 28mm Orc Re-basing project (Done)
Repaint Time: 1 day (400 minis)
I decided to repaint all of my figures starting with my orcs that are all on my Siege of Gondolin table. Along with all of my elf army. Then I will just keep going. I think I have about 5000 figures to repaint the bases. I posted some pics of some figures on TMP and someone suggested that I paint my bases differently. So I did, and I really like the new way I paint them. So now I have to go backwards and repaint everything. Crazy. I did that once when I decided to start washing figures. So I went back and washed everything....took me about a week or so.

Paint Bench: 28mm Orc Crossbows by Black Tree Design Finished!!!
Paint Time: 21 days
Finally got my Black Tree Design Goblin/Orc crossbow.
Part 2
Been busy lately and have had hardly time to paint with both of my daughters birthdays 5 weeks apart. And also have been busy with Ebay stuff. But I finally got back to painting and I am almost done with these guys. Tonight I finally washed them after gluing their crossbows on after painting them. Next the flocking begins.
And the finished product! Done painting orcs for a very long time.

Paint Bench: 28mm Greater Orcs by Black Tree Design Finished!!
Paint Time: 3 days
I am painting these old Harlequin Greater Orcs (now Black Tree Design) up as Trolls in my Orc/Goblin army. They are huge figures, but I like them. I can use them to drive my orcs and goblins on the battlefield...Big Bosses so to speak.

Paint Bench: 28mm Borak, Orc Champion by Hasslefree Finished!!
Paint Time: 4 days
I wanted to check out Hasslefree Miniatures Orcs, so I bought Borak, Orc Champion. Very nicely detailed figure. I had to do some cutting to base him on a 20mm base, but it was easy. But I do not think I will be buying a couple of hundred of them, even though they are very nice. I wish the shield came separate, and not have the arm attached to the shield. I am not a big fan on that. I like to be able to use whatever shield I want to.
